Beach Panoramic – June 2014

The Beach, Porthtowan; Transposition Architects were appointed by Acorn Blue for these ten luxury apartments in Porthtowan – during construction, we acted as novated architects to Cathedral Builders, providing construction detailing and production information for the duration of the project which commenced in the Autumn of 2014 and completed Easter 2015.

We can provide full architectural services to oversee the contractor in traditional contracts, alternatively we are equally happy to be novated to contractors under a ‘design-and-build’ scenario which gives developers more cost-certainty and less project risk.
