Old School, Mount Hawke; Recently completed project for private clients in Mount Hawke, refurbishment and conversion of Grade II Listed school building (previously a disused public house) into a bistro/cafe shell and first floor apartment. Completed January 2013.

The Old School is now a renowned Gastro Pub in this beautifully restored school building in the heart of the village, the ‘Old School Bar and Kitchen’.

St Agnes SLSC; Refurbishment and extension work funded by ‘Inspired Facilities’ grant to provide separated changing facilities, boardstore and roof-top terrace with spectacular views over Trevaunance Cove.

Playful use of coloured glass bricks in RNLI hues spells out ‘Saint Agnes’ to those who know the secret and can  read Morse Code! Completed May 2013.

SLSC extension and terrace

Mount Hawke Academy; Detailed design and contract administration for the construction of an additional classroom for this Outstanding primary school which has an expanding roll. Work also included complete remodelling of the school entrance and reception area to enhance communication and presentation. Completed December 2013.
